Ideas become
working things.

Open research code, medical-physics tools, and engineering projects. The common thread is building systems that can be inspected, tested, and improved.

CT Forge

CT Forge brings lab computing, research jobs, imaging workflows, and fabrication into one workspace.

  1. Check compute and jobsSee which services are available, what is running, and where attention is needed.
  2. Work with permitted filesMove research files between approved node-backed roots through the web desktop while keeping the destination visible.
  3. See printers and enroll nodesReview printer visibility and connect a new compute node through a guided enrollment flow before using it.

Historical interface; device status shown reflects the capture.

Clinical and research systems

From decisions
to fabrication.

UW–Madison · radiology decision research

RadKev

Work with Dr. Ran Zhang on radiology-specialized 9B and 27B models, continued training, and constrained-option probability outputs. Public model cards and evaluation artifacts show both gains and weaknesses.

A pre-registered research evaluation, not a diagnostic device; external checks did not establish a clear 27B advantage.

VoxelWeave Designer

A six-stage macOS workspace—Design, DICOM, Calibrate, Prepare, Send, and Verify—for producing inspectable multi-material fabrication run packages.

Preview and G-code come before printing, material calibration, and scan-back validation.

Open evaluation infrastructure · active 2026

MedPhysBench

Deterministic graders, safety gates, sealed task views, and versioned packs for evaluating medical-physics AI and agent systems within a declared tool-and-policy setup.

Benchmark performance does not establish clinical competence.

Open imaging-research code · updated 2026

Glioblastoma analysis

An exploratory repository for studying deep-learning methods and imaging characteristics in glioblastoma.

Exploratory code; the repository does not claim validated clinical performance.

Finding a path
through a program.

Independent discovery tools for large scientific meetings. Their program snapshots, privacy boundaries, and organizer relationships are explicit.

Independent software · 2026 public-program snapshot

RSNA Explorer

Search and planning across 946 sessions and 6,931 presentations, with source-backed venue guidance and a 128,237-record public research archive spanning 2003–2025.

The app uses frozen public snapshots with visible retrieval cutoffs; it is independent and not affiliated with RSNA.

Independent software · ASTRO 2026 program edition

OncoScout2026

Session search, topic filters, a browser-local agenda and private notes, conflict checks, and calendar export for a large meeting program.

Independent and not affiliated with ASTRO; the official organizer remains authoritative.

Independent software · AAPM 2026 program edition

AAPM 2026 Explorer

A searchable meeting-program companion with session discovery, saved planning, and calendar tools for the 2026 annual meeting.

Independent and not affiliated with AAPM; meeting details should be confirmed with the official program.

Learning by
building.

Earlier projects include an automated prosthetic-hand prototype, a computer-vision recycling sorter, vehicle driver-assistance work using openpilot, and full-stack applications with mathematical and deep-learning backends.

Some projects are smaller and more personal: connecting Tessie, Poke, and Notion for useful alerts and trip summaries. They’re experiments in making everyday software fit the way I work. Read the public building notes.

The software record also includes work across web and mobile frontends, Flask and Django backends, cloud infrastructure, and continuous-integration workflows. Public contributions include the MONAI tutorials and OpenHands projects.
